Subject to availability. Typically, settlement can occur within 8 weeks of contract signing. Liberty Homes will use its best endeavours to achieve that timing.  The purchaser may move into the home any time after settlement.

By entering, participants consent to any images, videos, or audio recordings taken in connection with the competition being used for promotional, marketing, or documentation purposes by the event organisers, sponsors, or associated parties. The $500 prize will be awarded as a voucher and is not redeemable for cash or credit. The winner will be contacted on Monday, 9 February via the phone number provided at entry. If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to select and contact an alternative winner.
